Mohd Adli is the majority owner of Xperteam Consult - Architectural Services and Building Construction Company - and has been in the construction industry for over 13 years, 3 of them as Xperteam Consult founder and Chief Executive Officer. His architecture and construction resume includes the construction of various government office building, housing development, commercial building and retail centers. With his broad range of construction experience, Mohd Adli brings the technological knowledge and new perspective necessary to direct the development and successful outcome of every Xperteam Consult project.
Mohd Adli’s success as a leading building industry entrepreneur is based on a commitment to teamwork and a sincere interest in helping his clients achieve their objectives. As President, Mohd Adli provides leadership in setting goals, process and direction for Xperteam Consult.
Mohd Adli is a graduate of the Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Perak with a Diploma in Architecture. Before starting Xperteam Consult, Mohd Adli served in the Pakatan Akitek Sdn Berhad as a Senior Architectural Designer. He is also served as an expert 3D Max artist and animator also an IT Executive at the company.

Mohd Nadri Bin Rahmad
Chief, Design Division
Mohd Nadri brings more than 13 years of commercial and industrial project management experience to his position as Chief of Xpert Design Division at Xperteam Consult Company. He oversees the management and integration of company wide field and office activities. Armed with practical knowledge of the architectural service production and construction process, Mohd Nadri provides strong support to field managers and office staff. Mohd Nadri contributions most often include client and contract administration, job cost control, pre-construction services, and daily supervision of project start-up and close-out concerns. Shahrir bin Ahmad
Chief Operating Officer
Shahrir joined the Xperteam Consult team in 2004. In 2005 Shahrir became one of the company principal and assumed responsibilities as Xperteam Consult 's Chief Operating Officer.
Since 2005, Shahrir has provided leadership on Xperteam Consult's most complex and multi-phased , urban retail, housing projects and renovation, and office projects.
Shahrir’s 8 years experience in the construction industry and practical approach to project management and field supervisory responsibilities provides strong, consistent and creative support to Xperteam Consult’s project teams at all levels of the company. His responsibilities include oversight of all project staffing, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor relations and dispute resolution. Essentially, all aspects of successful project delivery. Shahrir is a 1998 graduate of the Department of Architecture, and sits on Xperteam's Board of Directors.
